I have recently been introduced to your product through Jordan Nassberg. I work with Beethe Arabians, of Cave Creek, Arizona, where we have 55 horses and we have been using the product for 2-weeks.

We have problems with our horses' coats during the dry winter months. I was particularly impressed with the dermalustre product and dermaspray. We have just completed the Scottsdale Arabian Show and I found the dermalustre to be instrumental in conditioning the dry flakey skin on our animals. I feel it is a wonderful product and I intend to introduce many major trainers and tack suppliers to it.

Our product of choice...

My first experience with Dermalustre was with a large pony "Kingston" showing on the A circuit in Ontario. Kingston has always suffered from an incredibly itchy tail, and ponies being ponies, continually rubbed his tail and more so after he had been braided with of course was a huge frustration.

In the past we tried Show Sheen, Listerine, Absorbine and Cowboy Magic and nothing cured him of his itch until we tried Dermalustre. You can imagine our delight when after the first time we used Dermalustre at a show Kingston (or Bob, his barn name) didn't itch and his braids looked amazing.

We also found that using Dermalustre instead of water when we braided his mane and tail made the whole process easier as there wasn't water dripping down making him even more itchy and fussy, PLUS the braids came out faster and easier.

Sun fried, short, frizzy, dry hair no more...

I really like this product! After only a couple of uses, I notice a difference. My horse tail before looked sun-fried. The top was short, frizzy, and dry causing the hair to break. Dermalustre leaves a beautiful overall shine...

For the dog, dermalustre is excellent for detangling his longer coat sections and leaves a nice "sheen" on the rest without softening the "harsh" coat texture. Dermalustre is more economical in the long run...

I have been using Dermalustre on my own horses and also horses I have in for training. I have noticed excellent results: sleek, velvet soft haircoat, gloss, and an ability to keep the coat cleaner. I also have been using less of the Dermalustre than other coat products on the market I have used prior, therefore working out to be more economical in the long run. Another aspect that I have found with Dermalustre is that it seems to also have the ability to protect the horses against flies and mosquitos. Immediately after using Dermalustre, I noticed that the horses were less bothered with flying insects. I have been using Coat Enhancing products on my horses for over 40 years and this dermalustre yields the best results I have ever seen. There is no build up of solution on the coat, and the scent is pleasant and clean without a greasy residue. Dermalustre has made a wonderful difference in my horses coat condition. I have seen the best results in their tails. Dry skin a thing of the past...

I have used the dermalustre on all of my horses manes and tails. It takes all the tangles out and moisturizes. My horses also had some dry skin on their tail bones and the dermalustre seemed to heal them up. I quite like this product and may continue to use it. A Double Whammy In A Bottle...

Professional Trainers, Arnie and I, have been welcoming all of the Sporting breeds; Retrievers, Pointers, Setters and Flushers, into our home since 1995.

Sharing life with them enables us to bring each dog to his or her full potential as companions not only in the field but at home as well.

To date we have given welcome and successfully trained approximately 200 dogs!

As best friends their overall condition is very, very important to us.

Three huge grassed exercise yards connected by a doggie door to and from our home and 2200 acres to roam helps keep yours and our best friends well socialized and physically fit.

Regular grooming to keep their skin and hair at its best is also very important to us and to their well-being.

I often joke with our clients that the house work and grooming are what they are paying me for... THE TRAINING IS FREE!

We are presently sharing our home with four Labrador Retrievers and two German Shorthaired Pointers. In one short month all of their coats are remarkable in repelling dirt, shinier and with considerably less shedding. This converts to less grooming and housework and more training time.

The Magical Tail Saver...

Well I finally had my first chance to try the dermaluster and here is what I know. You know how much time and work goes into the keeping of a nice tail on our show horses. Well I committed the cardinal sin for a trainer and didn't check one of my horses tails . If you have not yet experienced this I will tell you what happens. The tail becomes knotted and matted beyond recognition. to solve this problem I use showsheen and it takes about an hour and half to gently pull out the mattes. You usually have a pile of hair on the floor when done. One horse I sent for breeding was so bad I had to finally cut the tail short to get it undone. Then you must wash the tail because of all the damage the silicone will do to it, not a great choice for this weather. okay so here is what happened I used your dermaluster I was done in about 20 minutes to a half hour and didn't lose much hair. Best of all I didn't have to wash it. While I was at it I sprayed some on Tommy's old scar and in a few moments it went from dry and brittle to soft and moist looking so I will keep on with that as well. So I will now use it for a many things to see how they will work . I am taking horses over to Silver Sage first of Jan to start training on so I will have a better idea of what I can use it for. We love it!!!!!!!!!!!!...

My name is Estelle Laponder. My kennel name is Laponderosa Kennels. The dogs that are using the product are the beagles, mainly dogs that are being shown. The product is a very nice touch to the final part of grooming for our show dogs. Soft smooth texture of my horse...

A Finishing Touch...

While preparing my filly for the 2006 Rutgers University NAERIC Yearling auction, I used Dermalustre as a finishing touch. This stuff is amazing! Not only did it bring a fantastic luster to Lola's coat, it repelled the dust all day! Her coat was noticibly softer and smoother and it even calmed a bit of irritation on her chest. Soft and Shiny, Not Slippery...

I was amazed the first time I used dermalustre as I couldn't believe how soft and shiny it makes the mane and tail, BUT is not slippery and is very easy to work with. I really don't like silicone-based products as they damage the hair shaft and are difficult to work with.

I braid professionally and now use dermalustre instead of water. It makes the braiding easier and I don't have any loose hairs at the top and the braids come out much easier. It is also really convienient as I hook the bottle in my pocket or in a belt loop and now I never have to get down to get water!

Many of the horses I braid come to me with manes and tails that are in poor condition and I find dermalustre conditions them without any residue.
